I am the parent of a 28 year old male who has mental illness. I work part time and my son recieves S.S.I income. We live in a very nice house but we are currently without electric and water. The house is not expensive but it has taken a lot of our funds. If anyone can be of assistance with helping us to secure utilities, it will be greatly appreciated.
